Russia is importing refined fuel from Asian nations this month. Ukrainian attacks on its oil refineries have reduced domestic fuel production significantly. India supplies about one-third of these crucial refined fuel imports. These shipments use ship-to-ship transfers to obscure their origins. Russia has also tightened its own fuel export curbs to manage shortages.

Jefferies prefers Kaynes Technology over Dixon Technologies as India pushes to deepen domestic electronics component manufacturing. The brokerage has a Buy rating on Kaynes Tech, while maintaining Hold calls on Dixon and Syrma SGS Technology. It expects stronger competition for mobile assembly players and advises caution on Syrma after its sharp rally.
