BJP MLA Chandrapal Singh Lodhi was injured in a car accident on the Ganga Expressway. The accident occurred when heavy rain caused the vehicle to skid and crash into a pole. Lodhi was treated at a private hospital in Hapur before being referred to AIIMS in Delhi. His personal security officer and driver were also injured in the incident.
