The BCCI has deputed two three-member selection committees to Bihar to pick its senior and junior teams. Former India selectors Harvinder Singh and Sridharan Sharath are part of the senior panel for the Ranji Trophy, while another committee will select Under-16, Under-19 and Under-23 teams. Bihar, promoted to the Elite Group, will begin against Uttar Pradesh on October 11.
