North Central Railway will upgrade Bateshwar halt station to an intermediate station. This project will cost an estimated thirty-three point four five crore rupees. The upgrade aims to improve train crossing and overtaking facilities on the rail section. Bateshwar station will receive two loop lines and a high-level platform. Passenger facilities and modern signalling systems will also be installed.
