Sam Praneeth Reddy from Vanasthalipuram won the prestigious laddu after competing against eight bidders. The tradition of auctioning the laddu began in 1994, with initial bids starting as low as Rs 450. The revenue generated is utilized for Ganesh Puja celebrations and community development programs.
