A 20-year-old man was arrested in Bhopal for kidnapping a toddler from a hospital canteen. He then sexually abused the one-and-a-half-year-old boy at an abandoned structure nearby. The child’s mother tracked the accused down and rescued the boy with help from passersby. Police registered a case against the man under relevant sections of the BNS and POCSO Act.
