Five Army personnel are missing after a flash flood in Arunachal Pradesh’s Dibang Valley district. The incident occurred Friday afternoon when a stream suddenly swelled and inundated the surrounding area. Two other soldiers caught in the floodwaters were successfully rescued by authorities. Search and rescue operations are currently underway by multiple teams. The flash flood affected two shelters of the 5th Grenadiers battalion.
