Arisinfra Solutions will acquire an additional 16% stake in material subsidiary Buildmex-Infra for Rs 60 crore, raising its holding to 92%. The deal, expected to close by September end, comes as Buildmex’s revenue surged nearly tenfold over two years to Rs 179.03 crore in 2025-26, strengthening Arisinfra’s materials business.
