Apple’s iPhone 18 is expected to come with 12GB of RAM, not the 9GB previously rumoured—a 50% jump over the iPhone 17 that matches the Galaxy S26 and Pixel 11. The extra memory is meant to handle iOS 27’s rebuilt Siri and Apple Intelligence on-device. The base iPhone 18 also gets a smaller Dynamic Island, but won’t launch until early 2027.
