Frank Lloyd Wright’s only Tennessee home, the historic Shavin House in Chattanooga, has sold at auction for $4 million after remaining with the same family for 74 years. Completed in 1952, the 1,784-square-foot Usonian home was listed for $1.6 million. The property features crab orchard stone, Louisiana cypress, expansive windows and river views.
