Hank & Frank Bicycles will close its doors permanently on August 31, 2026. This beloved Bay Area institution has served the community for over a century. The shop’s closure is due to the building changing ownership and planned redevelopment. Owner Frank Dryer is retiring after decades of dedicated service to cyclists. A neighboring shop will honor the store’s lifetime service commitment for patrons.
