Two coaches of the Mahananda Express derailed near Ara railway station early Sunday morning. The incident occurred around 4 am when the loco pilot allegedly overshot a signal. After realizing the mistake, the pilot moved the train backward, causing the derailment. Railway officials quickly responded, clearing the track and restoring normal movement. The train resumed its journey after necessary procedures were completed.
