Mithun Chakraborty achieved a National Award for his debut film, Mrigayaa. His film Disco Dancer became a massive international success in 1982. He later starred in many films which did not perform well commercially. However, at age 72, he delivered his biggest hit with The Kashmir Files. This marked a remarkable turnaround in his long acting career.
