Gangster Sandeep alias Kala Jatheri visited his native village on Sunday. A Dwarka court granted him seven-hour custody parole for religious ceremonies. He participated in rituals following the birth of his twin daughters through IVF. The court directed police to make necessary security arrangements for his visit. Jatheri returned to Delhi’s Central Jail after the permitted period.
