Rahul Sinha scored 52% in Class 10, failed the IIT entrance exam three times and could not clear the IIM entrance exam. After completing BTech and working an ordinary job, he began preparing for BPSC at 34 while managing family responsibilities. He cleared the exam and was selected as an SDM in Bihar on February 2, 2019, after a nearly 20-year journey.
