Power Grid Corporation of India has been declared as successful bidder under Tariff Based Competitive Bidding to establish Inter-State Transmission System for the project namely Transmission system for Integration of Power from RE Projects in Jam Khambhaliya REZ in Gujarat – Phase II (5500MW) and Jamnagar Phase-I (1000 MW) on Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis, at a discovered tariff of Rs. 822.91 crore per annum. The Letter of Intent (LoI) has been received by POWERGRID on 21 August 2026.
