The Care For You Foundation organised an educational visit to ISRO’s Sriharikota centre for 43 students from childcare institutions across Maharashtra, accompanied by 30 volunteers. The students explored the first and second launch pads and control room and interacted with ISRO scientists and officials to understand India’s space missions, technology and research. ISRO Chairman V Narayanan also interacted with the students online from Bengaluru, answering questions and encouraging them to learn about space science and technology.
