A husband murdered his wife by slitting her throat on a road in Ambattur. The accused, Chinna, persuaded Devaki to return home following a marital dispute. Police arrested Chinna around midnight after tracing the autorickshaw used in the incident. Chinna suspected his wife of having a relationship with another man. He lured her back before committing the fatal act for their children.
