Hyderabad Airport to slash user fees from Sept 1

Hyderabad airport passenger fees will decrease starting September 1, 2026. The aviation regulator has slashed airport development charges for millions of travelers. Domestic departure fees will drop to ₹515 from the current ₹750. International departure fees will also fall from ₹1,500 to ₹1,030. Arriving passengers will pay reduced fees for both domestic and international travel.

ONGC to revive Venezuela oilfield

ONGC Videsh will invest $200 million to revive Venezuela’s San Cristobal oilfield. The company secured a US license for continued operations and investments. This investment aims to significantly increase current production levels. The ultimate goal is to restore output to its previous peak. ONGC will fund PDVSA’s share and recover costs from future production.
