Dilip Buildcon has divested its stake in a 1,363 MW under-construction solar portfolio to Alpha Alternatives.The portfolio has an estimated project cost of ₹6,263 crore, with Alpha Alternatives set to acquire DBL’s remaining 51% stake upon completion.
