1937 Florida home saved from demolition lists for $3.5M after restoration

A 1937 Florida home once used as law offices and nearly demolished has been restored after almost 7,800 hours of work. The 4,330-square-foot Cade Allen house in St Petersburg, built for Ena Jackson, retains its original windows, doors, floors and stone features and is now listed for $3.5 million.
