Candidates can re-issue their National Testing Agency scorecards if lost or damaged. First, check DigiLocker for a readily available digital copy. If absent, download Annexure 1 from the NTA notification. Submit the completed form and required documents via email or post. A duplicate scorecard will be issued after verification of records.
