Full-fledged outpatient department services would commence at AIIMS Madurai from January 2027: Centre informs Madras HC

The Madras High Court has announced that AIIMS Madurai will officially launch its full outpatient services on January 1, 2027. Preparations are underway for this significant start. A public interest litigation from 2021, which requested a temporary campus for outpatient care and MBBS courses, was recently dismissed by the court, while other AIIMS facilities have already commenced classes and outpatient services.
