Penny stock under ₹10 jumps 4% despite muted trend on Dalal Street

PB Fintech shares rose after the Policybazaar parent reported a 92% YoY jump in Q1 FY27 net profit to Rs 163 crore. Operating revenue grew 40% to Rs 1,888 crore, while total insurance premium increased 41% to Rs 8,372 crore. PAT margin also improved to 9% from 6% a year ago.

Sebi uncovered an alleged Rs 144 crore pump-and-dump scheme by analysing airline bookings, hotel stays, food delivery records, WhatsApp chats, telecom data and banking trails.
