Lin Chung, a 34-year-old resident, died after a medical emergency during a triathlon swim. Lifeguards noticed Chung in distress and quickly moved to rescue him from the water. Emergency medical treatment was administered while efforts to revive him continued at the scene. He was transported to a nearby hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Officials are investigating the cause of death for the triathlete.
