Oracle layoffs began again on September 14, with employees across the US reporting the same 6am email from “Oracle Leadership” that landed in March. Logins were disabled around 4am, Slack access dropped by 5.30am, and Slack counts fell by 3,000 to 4,000. OCI, Fusion, NetSuite, Oracle Health and the Abilene Stargate site were hit. India’s Development Centre is expected next, as Oracle’s restructuring bill climbs to $2.8 billion.
