Essar Energy Transition’s retail arm is acquiring SGN Retail for approximately 400 million pounds. This deal adds 118 sites, creating a 235-site network for the company. The enlarged network will become the UK’s second-largest forecourt operator. EET Retail plans to expand its network to 800 sites by 2031. This expansion aims to integrate fuel production with retail distribution across Britain.
