Two children died and two others were injured after soil collapsed at a canal project site. The incident occurred in Phulkaha village, Narpatganj block, Araria district, Bihar. Children were playing near the site when excavated soil piled on the sides gave way. Heavy rains caused the upper layer of the soil mound to collapse, trapping the children.
