Ameesha and Ashmit Patel’s parents have reportedly fallen victim to an alleged jewellery theft at their Churchgate residence, with valuables worth approximately Rs 5 lakh missing. The Marine Drive police have arrested a domestic worker in connection with the case and remanded her to police custody until September 15. While Ashmit details the circumstances surrounding the alleged theft, Ameesha says she is relieved that her family is safe.
