More than 7,700 acres were transacted for housing projects between January 2021 and March 2026. Overall, 18,158 acres were transacted across 880 deals in 33 cities. Outright purchases accounted for the largest share of these significant land transactions. Partnership-led structures and long-lease agreements also contributed to the overall land deals. These transactions supported residential, commercial, and industrial development across India.
