DHR Holdings leases 1.8 lakh sq ft in Bengaluru

DHR Holding India has leased nearly 1.8 lakh square feet of office space in Bengaluru. The company secured three floors at Sumadhura Capitol Towers for a five-year term. This fresh lease commenced on April 1, with a monthly rent of Rs 1.34 crore. The total rental outgo over five years is estimated at approximately Rs 88 crore. Bengaluru continues to see significant office leasing activity from multinational corporations.
