Prajwal Revanna and Pratap Rai were remanded in police custody for two days. Investigators are probing the use of a 5G smartphone found in Revanna’s high-security cell. The phone contained various applications and was password-protected by the inmates. Revanna, serving a life sentence, was found in civilian clothes instead of prison uniform. Police will question them about how the contraband entered the prison.
