A woman and her brother-in-law were arrested carrying 75 liters of liquor. They were apprehended on a train in Samastipur Junction on Saturday night. The accused claimed the liquor was for a family wedding in Darbhanga district. Police pointed out Bihar’s complete prohibition on alcohol sales and consumption. Both individuals have been forwarded to judicial custody for further investigation.
