A building collapse in southwest Delhi claimed seven lives on Sunday afternoon. Arpit, a 19-year-old Delhi University student, was among those who tragically died. Repair work was underway when the structure housing a paying guest accommodation fell. Twelve people were rescued from the debris, with seven succumbing to injuries. The building owner has since been apprehended by authorities.
