Tim Blake Nelson and Jharrel Jerome are the newest cast members for HBO’s upcoming series. Nelson will portray Denny Coughlin, a rule-bending career cop joining the Task Force. Jerome is set to play Jordan Barnes, the son of Eddie Barnes. The series is created by Brad Ingelsby and is set outside Philadelphia. Mark Ruffalo returns to reprise his role from the first season.
