Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has rescheduled its annual convocation to August 22 after cancelling the event two days before the original date due to “unforeseen circumstances”. The institute has invited students to submit original bills, tickets and receipts for reimbursement of travel and related losses incurred between July 31 and August 3. TISS officials said genuine claims will be reimbursed and confirmed that student support measures, including waived guest house charges and provisional degree certificates, have been provided.
