BMC junior engineer, worker held in Rs 60,000 bribe trap

The Anti-Corruption Bureau has successfully detained a junior engineer and a worker from BMC for demanding a hefty bribe of sixty thousand rupees from a bakery operator. This illicit payment was purportedly to prevent any punitive measures against the bakery. The worker was captured in the act at the ward office, while the engineer was also taken into custody from his official location.
