Won Rs 15 lakh chit prize, payout delayed; how he won relief against company’s claim

Kapil Chits attributed the delay to Eashwar’s late submission of the required sureties, saying the documents had to be verified before the prize money could be released. The Telangana State Consumer Commission, however, found that the company’s own records showed the sureties had been submitted on March 28, 2019.
