Boat services are currently suspended on the Ganga river in Varanasi due to rising water levels that have exceeded safety limits. The Varuna river has impacted 328 families, and preparations for evacuations are underway. Thirteen relief camps are active and accommodating 935 displaced individuals, with officials on constant alert to address emergencies.
