US Energy Secretary Chris Wright said oil deals expected to be signed in Caracas could more than double Venezuela’s crude production within the next few years. Visiting Venezuela for the second time since Nicolas Maduro’s capture in January, Wright also said US gasoline prices should decline as refining capacity and regulations improve.
