IShowSpeed’s YouTube journey started with tiny Cincinnati bedroom streams where NBA 2K and Fortnite sometimes drew just one or two viewers. By 2021, his explosive style pushed the channel to 100,000 subscribers, followed by 10 million in 2022. He reached 50 million in January 2026 during his “Speed Does Africa” tour, becoming the first Black individual creator to hit that mark. By August, he had crossed 60 million subscribers.
