Vaibhav Sooryavanshi became the youngest to score a fifty in the Duleep Trophy. He smashed 92 runs off 81 balls against Central Zone. This innings helped East Zone match Central Zone’s first innings total. Abhimanyu Easwaran also contributed 69 runs to the strong opening stand. Central Zone ended day two at 45 for three wickets.
