Bengaluru-based Mintoak has acquired Dubai’s ICC Loyalty for consumer rewards technology. This acquisition was largely funded by Mintoak’s cash reserves and a small debt. ICC Loyalty manages credit card reward points for thirty-four banks and eleven million customers. The combined entity now offers a full-stack solution for bank clients. This strategic move aims to strengthen their presence in Africa and West Asia.
