A small plane crashed into shallow waters near Seldovia, Alaska on Wednesday. Four people on board the Piper PA-24 aircraft were killed in the incident. The plane was heading for Seldovia airport after taking off from Anchorage. Authorities waited for the tide to recede before recovering the submerged aircraft. The bodies of the four deceased individuals are being sent to the medical examiner’s office.
