A villager was arrested and jailed after posting a video of a damaged government school. The education department alleged the video selectively filmed an unused section. Officials stated highway construction damaged parts of the old school building. Students are currently attending classes in newly constructed rooms provided by NHAI. The department challenged the misleading impression created by the circulated footage.
