Filmmaker Farah Khan found inspiration for her movie’s college campus. She discovered the location while watching Raj Kapoor’s classic film ‘Mera Naam Joker’. This discovery led her to St. Paul’s School in Darjeeling for her film. The school’s campus became the visual setting for the fictional college. Raj Kapoor’s film also marked Rishi Kapoor’s acting debut.
