Actress Prajakta Mali has reportedly acquired a new apartment in Mumbai. The property located in Goregaon East was purchased for Rs 6.42 crore. This new residence is situated on the 28th floor of Tower C. A significant housing loan of Rs 5.78 crore was obtained from Indian Bank. The transaction also included stamp duty and registration charges.
