A 65-year-old woman died by suicide after setting herself on fire at her Kasaragod home. Savithri Prabhu reportedly poured kerosene on her body and ignited herself on Wednesday morning. Her son discovered her charred remains when he woke up the following day. The deceased was reportedly distressed after her television was sent for repairs. Police are investigating the unnatural death to confirm the exact reason.
