After thirty-three years, the Danish owners have officially sold Scotland’s Isle of Rona. Following their retirement, long-standing custodians Bill Cowie and Lorraine Shill concluded their twenty-three years of dedicated service. The island remains untouched, preserving its wild charm, while all accommodation bookings are on hold until 2026 as the new owners set up operations. Anticipated guest returns are projected for 2027, once staffing is established.
