A massive 35,000 sq ft Tricolour was carried by thousands through Dombivli on Independence Day. This patriotic event, organized by the Dr Shrikant Shinde Foundation, set multiple world records. Over ten thousand students and participants helped carry the giant flag during the rally. While Shiv Sena leaders attended, BJP leaders were notably absent from the celebration. The BJP cited ward-level programs as the reason for their inability to participate.
